We’re Evelyn and Aaron—a husband and wife raising three kids, running businesses, and trying to build a healthier, more faith-filled home.
A few years ago, cancer touched our family, and it changed the way we looked at everything—including the food we were bringing into our house.
We started asking more questions.
What are we really eating?
What are these ingredients?
Why does healthy food feel so confusing?
How can we do better for our family?
So we started reading labels, paying closer attention to processed foods, making more intentional choices, and asking God for wisdom in the everyday things—even what we put on our plates.
Little by little, things started to feel different.
Food felt less confusing.
Our home felt more intentional.
And we began finding a simpler, more peaceful way to nourish our family...
